Starfall Quest Dont Rush the Outcome

4 of the 5 S.C.R.A.P.P.E.R. MK 1 mines are fully mined, however the 5th still contains 200 shards. Production status is "working" yet after 1 week the mine still shows 200 shards to be mined. The production seems stalled. I have attempted to sleep and restart production, still no latching into production. Without this quest, I cannot move ahead in the entire Starfall quest chain. Please advise.

Probably have to move the building that is blocking the entrance to the Scrapper.

What Eriond said. Make sure no building blocks the entrance to the Scrapper AND the Warehouse in the sector.

I am so frustrated with this new addition to TSO!! I have tried numerous times and also numerous methods to get ahead with this new part of the game...Friends of mine who were at levels far below me have almost past me and have tried to help me to no avail. I keep doing the designated chore, wait time, then whatever the next chore is, etc., until the end of the procedure when you have to pay the 145 shards to the game. Most of my Guild members have gotten 4-5 boxes with shards in them which have, as I said, added to their experience. I, on the other hand, have gotten to that point, (paid the 145 shards) and received one box today that contained 100 shards but when I placed it in the Mayors House ( a miracle itself) only showed up as 1 - not 100. There were no other boxes to open, and I did do the methods everyone suggested, each base separately and hoped that that would provoke a chest from each. Well, no luck this time either. so much that the total after going through this arduous task from beginning to end at least 4 or 5 times brought my total from 2399 to 2403 shards total - I am sure you can understand how frustrated I have become with you "new" addition to Settlers Online. Please, can you tell me why it is not working for me???? I should have jumped in experience past 80 by now like one of my guild mates did, as we were close to the same level when you started this new thing and he was at 80 within 4 or 5 days. I am extremely sad, annoyed and aggravated all at the same time. HELP!!!!

Lowgunn1 : Instead of making the advanced tools and other needed things, just send round-trades to a friend or guildie and that counts towards the quest. That will help with the timing of everything. The devs or others will have to answer your other concerns.
