It would be nice if you would rethink how these cards work - they are very restrictive for how people play. Especially at the start when people don't have extra cards, you often can't find someone to swap them. And one hour doesn't give you much benefit if you are doing adventures that take an hour to do.

I do like the doggy bag buff from the restaurant though. That is worth using on adventures.

Another event, another disappointment. Let's see why...

Removed useful items:

• Romantic explorer - 2799 flowers (max. 3)
• Lovely Explorer - 2099 flowers (max. 2)
• Specialists Bundle (1x Diligent Geologist, 1x Chummy Geologist, 1x Bold Explorer, 1x Scared Explorer, 500 Grout, 500 Advanced Tools, 250 Oil, 5x Barazek, 5x Cheese Sandwich, 5x Machine Oil) - 3499 flowers (max. 1)
• Wondrous Romantic Residence - 3499 flowers (max. 3)
• Proof Of Love bundle (1x Champion Anslem, 1x Large River House, 1x Small River House, 1x Improved Warehouse, 1x Prestigious Friend Buff, 7 Premium Days (split into 2x 3days, 3x 1day), 3x Hugs and Kisses, 2x Assassin, 2x Big Catapult, 2x Rain of Arrows, 2x Rain of Flaming Arrows, 2x Ballista) - 8099 gems (max. 1)

Why is it bad?

• Removing any standalone explorer is fundamentally a wrong move (regardless of whether it costs event resources or gems), as these are the first things we usually buy because they help us to get more event resources. Now, you removed 5 individual explorers and put them into an expensive bundle. In the past, we could buy 9 explorers outside of any bundles. Now it's only 4. And those are really useless.
• No PFB at all again! There is not a single PFB in the Valentine's merchandise! How come?! WHY? Not even in the bundles!
• No standalone Wondrous Romantic Residence. Very disappointing. It is in the expensive bundles now. That is bad. Also, previously, we could bought 3 Wond. Res. for event resources. Now only 2 available.
• No scared explorer, no bold explorer. They were in the specialis bundle.
• No standalone water houses. Why?
• Only 1 floating storage for event resources. We cannot buy it for gems! Last year 3 were available for gems. Now nothing. Removing items from the merch that could be bought by gems... it just does not make any sense to me at all. What's the point?!
• No standalone Quartermaster Bigheart. Why?
• Why did you remove the Wondrous Bundle? Nice, different Wond Res houses were there that we could use. It was really useful.
• Why did you remove the Military Bundle? Now the only chance to buy a Tremble gen. is the Anniversary event... I hope you won't remove him from there as well! Also, the Military bundle contained many, many very useful generals!

The positive side of things

• The new building (Romantic Restaurant) looks nice and useful.
• We still can buy Love Trees outside of bundles!

Suggestions
Removing usefull items, but adding usless (e.g. deco items) and expensive. That's the trend. I don't like it. Bring back the old bundles and items and add new items to the merch. Everyone would be happy!

Conclusion

As I said in the past... it would be best if you made us happy and improved the game in that way how we would like to see and get it. And not in that way how you think it should be. We are the players; we are your customers. If we aren't happy, you can build this game for no one because the players will leave. Last time, during the X-mas event, the excuse for the merch change was the busy period. When I asked on chat why you changed the merch again that badly... you said the BB is busy because of the event, because of the migration, etc., etc. What's your excuse now? Why did you change the merch again in this horrible way?

I'm getting tired of writing feedback here. Because of 2 reasons:

1. I never get any feedback from you about my feedback.
2. The event merch is getting worse and worse. Every event's change is worse than the previous one was. It seems like you (BB) don't read the feedback and/or you don't care what we say. Either way is bad.

Oh, and one more thing... Since you did the data centre migration and other "improvements", we have the annoying hammerman issue almost constantly during the advs. Please do something about it!

Given that the trend is to bundle most of the explorers, might I suggest an improvement for Easter event calendar - on Day 15 of the calendar put one of the explorers instead of the Verse Geo. Most everyone have too many geologist but we all can use +1 explorer. And anyone who want Verse geo can buy it from the market.

Another suggestion for the calendar - move the "1 Day premium" from day 21 to day 5, and put PFB on day 21.

I think everyone will be happy with these chances.

BB do you want gem buyers to spend money?. I cant find any reason to buy the Christmas valentine and soon to be Easter gem bundles due to insane gem price+ offering sucky geologists/generals in those bundles. Most of the gem bundles almost need to be cut in half on the prices. I've only played for 1 year. I'm very willing to pick up a lot of the gem items I'm missing, but not when you do not even offer items for gems or making 15k-40k gem bundles that make no sense.

Other than that, event was hard and I like the new romantic building. Also would like more island space. Ty

I would like to echo every word that Sas_sam has written.
And to enforce the comment about how BB never replies to our feedback and continues to make god-awful decisions about the event market offerings. They have once again ruined what I had hoped would be a fun and enthusiastic event. I refer to both Valentines and Easter.
I won't even mention the disaster that is "starfail".

PFB need to be in the bundles each event. It seems like as each event enters, there are less ways to get the PFB. Same with
wounder Res. Valentines event needs better drops from explorers are drop the event prices. I had a rough time getting everything I wanted this time.
The Gem price for PFB is way out of the park. This is why it really needs to be more avail in the event bundles.

2x times during the event the server blacked out preventing me from keeping my farms buffed. One time it was over 12-hours.
I couldn't send a ticket because the support tab said error ? I enjoy the events but it needs to be better balanced so I can get more
event items
