I don't really think it is random. I think the explorers are resetting their tables if you logged out and back in a few times after the buff has expired and before the explorers come back. I came on about 3 hours after the buff expired and the explorers who were coming back had the bonus loot. But then my power went off for a bit and when I came back on about 30 minutes or so later the none of the explorers came back with the bonus loot.

I assume it just wipes when it ends, but the logging out makes sense as well. There were times when events have ended in the past, but as long as you stayed logged in to not clear the event as closed, you could still find event res from explorers. this was way early in the game though, but i can see mechanics of this buff being this way too, but dont have the patience to care to test, considering this game needs refreshes to stay working, if its not busted af crashing or even operational with all the issues it has had.

I thought for sure i had the pre-sending of explorers explained too but that has been messed up for 5 years now.

I have corrected my mistake in the dev diary:

- Fluffy Butte Explorer and Miraculous General are only available 1x for eggs (not 3x for gems).

Egg tree still not working properly. Once expires none of the explorers come back with the extra loot even though the Dev Diary states it does. Copy and pasted from the diary

Note: the Egg Hunt buff must be applied before you send out your Explorers. However, if Explorers are out on a search when the buff expires, their event resources upon returning will still be affected by the Egg Hunt bonus.

Drop down menu broken: Event broke my and Zombbler's drop down menu (all the pretty heads under the star). Now when it opens, half of it disappears below the bottom of the screen so cannot send trades, etc. This also happened to NomadSpirit, but his resolved itself. I had this same issue when we switched to Unity, and it was just finally fixed a few months ago, now kaput (again) since the start of the event. I can visit, whisper, send mail, and if I slide my curser down just a tish, can gift. But cannot reach the other menu items as they are below the bottom of the screen.

I noticed this problem too. Used to be able to click on someone again and it would pop up higher.
If you click on a name in chat that is near the bottom, it can be too low to access the menu there too.
Other menus are behaving different also. Generally, in a way that makes them harder to read/access.

Yes, exactly. After mine was "fixed" a double click would make the entire thing visible. A single click -- no. Now it is entirely broken again, no matter how many clicks.

Dev Diary contains incorrect info about the Candy Factory's buffs. All the buffs will increase the required inputs as well and not just the out will be increased!

Connection from the server every 15 minutes. Internet is good. Cleared cache etc etc.

Same here on the Easter Egg Tree buff ... This morning, I sent all my scouts out for the last time on the active buff. After I sent them all, the timer showed that I had 9 minutes and 20 seconds left. I am horribly disappointed that every single scout returned home WITHOUT any bonus eggs!

I had heard about this issue last year, so didn't use the buff at all. I would have expected that, ONE YEAR LATER, it would have been fixed. Truly unbelievable that you guys had a YEAR to fix this, and didn't!

VERY disappointing .. and sure took the wind out of my sails for this event.

The new theme of not offering PFB in bundles or by themselves during events is a big negative. The last time i remember seeing any avail was
Christmas winter event. After that none ?
