Unable to Cancel an Invite.

I have a Nords adv I started for a GQ, ran it all (except the L1 leader camp) waiting till the end to invite the LS. Well, invited the user, who apparently was unable to accept/join within the 6h/8h window, so the invite should have cancelled the user automatically, but it DID NOT. Now the LS appears as if waiting for the user to accept (greyed out).

So, I have since tried to cancel the invite, from the Adventure Zone; from the Home Zone. I have tried refreshing, logging in/out, powering off/on, clearing F12 cache, tried FF browser, Chrome Browser, Opera Browser and my default is Edge. All to no avail.

I missed the GQ thanks to this issue, and am stubborn about cancelling the adventure, this is bogus and should not happen. I have seen this before, and last time it happened, I was able to cancel the user after the next day login.

Anyone else seen this bologna? If so, what was your resolution?

Submitted a ticket, been 4d + now, nota peep from support. Does support even exist for TSO?

If you don't get an automated response from Support, they did not get your request.

Also, update your request every day or it will expire.

I also have been logging in and 'refreshing' my ticket couple times a week... still not a peep.

Interesting to not that I now have a Dark Priests Mini adv in the same mode. Target never got the invite, I cannot cancel him. Should I even waste time submitting a ticket?

lol, no surprise that BB did not ever respond... fyi, this adv ended up having to be canceled.... so, clearly no resolution.

Now, to current day, am in a TR, looks like a similar situation, the adv cannot cancel the user that has not yet accepted, and yet they have been on, daily from what I can see.

Why does'nt BB ever respond to this problem?
