Thread: USA Gem Shop broken for days

    I have not been able to buy gems for the last 3-4 months, have been in contact with ubisoft we have tried some things but no luck, I can use my credit card in my ubisoft account but not in my settlers online account. I would like to be ready for halloween event. Susan, aka sqs46
    this is response from ubisoft--tried changing country to USA, no luck,my problem is within the setters online game not in ubisoft

    Good Day, I am sorry for my previous answer.
    I realised that you had older tickets about the same case and have now processes this information.

    The current Issue I spot on your system is, that you're based in the USA Instance (as we have no canadian one) but are staying in Canada and are having a Canadian Ubisoft-Account.

    The Payment Team provided me the information, that this could create a softlock, especially if Payment Verifications were not properly done on player end.
    Therefore, I would like to ask you to go into your official Ubisoft-Account and change your account Location to "USA". If you cannot do this on your own, you would need to contact the Ubisoft-Support and ask them to change it for you.

    Payment not working still.

    Still appears to be broken. I've verified that my country is set the same as the server i play. But i get this far and no matter which payment method i use it fails to advance and just sits at the selection screen. . Doesn't matter if you use Pay Pal or a Credit Card, it just sits there and doesn't advance.

    Still no answer, at least when they included Venmo it worked, but now that isn't even an option....all this does is spin and nothing happens...why bother to even place a gem sale....and yes, rebooted,cleared cache & cookies....so "IT"S NOT ME" and my computer

    Still unable to buy gems or take advantage of 125% offering. Bring back Venmo. Yes I'm in USA. Yes have cleared cache & cookies and all data for an entire week, then rebooted computer. Still nothing. Are you ever going to comment or pay attention?
