    Exclamation USA Gem Shop broken for days

    I am not the only one experiencing this.

    I reported this to UbiSoft Customer Support.

    There are USA players that want to send BB money.

    Hopefully someone in tech can fix this - we all missed the 100%.

    Happy Hour today?
    Can't get into the game (USA) and all I ever see is a Maintenance screen.
    No info anywhere.

    Did all of the steps. Nothing works.

    How about some info?

    How do you expect to keep the game running with a broken gem shop and no purchases? Why are these reports here since over a month ago being ignored with no replies?

    I can assure you that payments still work, however, we see some players are unable to use the webshop.
    What came to our attention is, that some of you play on the USA server, but have listed a different country in their Ubisoft-Account (as an example: Poland, Turkey, etc.).

    Our payment team mentioned, that everyone should currently add the instance their playing on into their Ubisoft-Account. This means, if you play on the USA server and have listed a different country in your Ubisoft-Account, please try to change it. If you have issues with the change in your Ubisoft-Account, you might want to contact the official Ubisoft Supportteam for help in this regards (not the "The Settlers Online" game support).

    I went to ubisoft account management and check my region it says united states. Clicking credit card or paypal does not work.
