So Blue Byte employees have at least seen this topic and the complaints, but the lack of response and addressing the issues is concerning. There's not much more we can do as players.

Not only facebook - X (aka twitter) they just ignore. I am going to guess they don't care about this game anymore or at least the NA servers but I wish they have the guts to just come out and say it so we could just move on.

Spent 6 hours yesterday trying to get into the game and finally gave up although I knew my patches were running unbuffed. Three different browsers same thing, no notification anywhere that the servers are down but this morning have no problem logging in at all so they must have been.

Maybe they're hoping that with all the connection issues and gem purchasing issues the American player base and purchases will finally dwindle down to the point they have no choice but to shut the American servers down and not have to deal with them anymore. That's all I can think of for why the developers would ignore server connection and gem purchase issues.

Maybe what we all need to do is figure out who to write at Ubisoft to let them know that the reputation of the game and The Settlers Online brand is being completely destroyed by the current developers.

For the record the "general error" server disconnection issues and game loading issues are still occurring over a month after this topic was started with zero developer response.

All of these problems are still happening, and more often. They could not be more clear about how little they want to support this game on American servers.

Now in addition to the above issues The Settlers Online has started auto-reloading on its own while already connected.

Over three months since these issues were posted and players are still getting kicked from the server with general errors and logged out.
