Downtime for Update
Dear settlers,
On Wednesday, June 4, an update will be implemented on all game worlds. During this time, the game will be unavailable.Game Maintenance
Day: Wednesday, June 4
Game Worlds: All game worlds
Start: ~ 08:00 CEST
End: ~ 14:00 CEST
Adventures & Premium: Times will be extended
This update includes the technical implementation of this year's Summer Event, which kicks off on June 10.
Important notice: For French game worlds, an extra downtime is scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, from around 08:00 to 12:00 CEST. Adventure and Premium times will be extended accordingly.

Summer Event on Test Server
Dear settlers,
Today, around 12:45 CEST, we will deploy the summer event to the test server at short notice. There, you can take a look at the changes before the event officially starts on June 9, 2025.

Delay in downtime and summer event by one week....
New Downtime for Update
Dear settlers,
We will postpone the update that was originally announced for Wednesday, June 4, to Wednesday, June 11, in order to apply some additional polish to the Summer Event. Consequently, the start of the Summer Event will also be postponed by one week to June 16, 2025.

Last contact I had with support team said Jun 4 they hopefully will have the update that will allow me to log into my game. Nearly a month so far of not being able to log in.
Still locked out of my account. Whatever "Fix" support team said they would do on the Jun 4 didn't work.
Did everyone else not been able to connect for ~36+ hours? It looks like we didn't get time extended on various items- adventure invites, weekly challenges, etc.
